The earliest possible start date for this role is autumn 2025.
Your daily work
- You accompany the transformation of risk and compliance organisations at the customer's site. There, you will focus on the innovation of business processes, opportunities to increase efficiency and effectiveness or new ideas to reduce costs.
- Your focus is on the digitalisation of risk and compliance processes - holistically and end-to-end.
- You will support the definition of new business models and work with the client to determine which risk and compliance processes should be set up centrally/decentrally and which services can be externalised.
- You will provide technical support to the risk management and compliance functions of a company - depending on the client's requirements.
- You will help to develop new data models and identify and implement suitable software solutions.
Qualifications
Who you are
- Above-average master's/diploma degree, preferably with a focus on economics, business informatics or natural sciences
- Professional experience in consulting, risk management or compliance and/or digital (digital systems/processes) / Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking skills
- Insights into new technologies such as cloud, robotics and artificial intelligence as well as an interest in trends in the risk and compliance environment
- Analytical problem-solving skills and enjoy building and leading small teams
- Business fluent in German and English and willingness to travel
