Your mission
As a Contract Manager Legal & Commercial, you will be responsible for complex contracts in the global technology environment. With your legal acumen, you will recognise risks and minimise them at an early stage. You build trusting relationships with our customers and harmonise their interests with ours. Your goal is to create added value for all parties involved within the framework of legal requirements. In doing so, you will benefit from the Accenture network, which will support you across disciplines and countries. As an Account Lead or Team Lead, you will also have the opportunity to take on responsibility quickly - on a full-time or part-time basis.

Your daily work
Draw up clear contracts.
You are an ace when it comes to commercial and legal matters. You edit and draft project contracts and ensure that they fulfil the interests of all parties involved. And you answer questions about contractual obligations and amendments so that they can be understood and complied with by everyone.Take proactive action against contract risks.
You have an eye for detail and recognize potential risks in contracts and regulations. You deal with them before they can become a problem in order to mitigate them. You always find a balance between the needs of all contracting parties.Enable efficient contract management.
You drive the development and implementation of standardized processes in contract management - the basis for a consistent and efficient way of working.
Qualifications
Who you are

You have a Master's degree in economics or law, at least 6 years of experience in contract management and initial experience in team management.

You are familiar with international contract law and have a solid basic knowledge of financial and accounting topics.

You are skilled in negotiating and drafting technology-based contracts.

You are fluent in English and German. You express yourself clearly and confidently and can communicate legal risks and potential implications to non-lawyers.

You are characterized by your analytical skills and your hands-on mentality - and you enjoy travelling on business.
