"My sons were unable to properly communicate at home. But despite their disabilities, they wanted to venture out, get jobs and make something of themselves. This dream of theirs was made possible by TRRAIN foundation's Pankh program. Now my boys work with Big Basket and have new, enriched lives of their own." – Jaganaath from Mysore.
TRRAIN’s Pankh program enables people with disabilities to become employable in the retail sector. Through its 45-day program, this initiative transforms lives of its target group and helps them become independent.
Accenture became a partner in this initiative to help the foundation structure its scalability and craft an end-to-end digital learning methodology, thereby, enriching the learning process. With this partnership, the initiative has transformed over 800 lives and helped its participants find a new identity.
