Job Description

Client & Project: ALLIANZ is a leading insurance company with the '11968942 Allianz RDC Consolidation RFP' project dedicated to consolidating their research and development centers. Responsibilities: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in Responsive and Adaptive Design is required. Advanced level of proficiency in Configuration & Release Management is recommended. Solution Architecture proficiency at an advanced level is suggested. Lead the team in implementing responsive and adaptive design strategies for applications Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful configuration and release management processes Provide guidance on design and build enablement best practices Contribute to solution architecture decisions for optimal application performance
