The Energy & Utilities Industry Group in Sweden is actively seeking Management Consulting profiles to help drive initiatives that will propel our clients towards innovation, sustainability, and excellence in this ever-evolving sector. As a member of the industry group, you will assume a central role in navigating the forefront of advancements and transformations within the energy & utilities industry.

- Be the trusted partner to our clients, guiding them in the energy transition.
- Contribute to proposal work to build a pipeline of relevant client work.
- Create value and identify new opportunities for our clients within the energy & utilities industry.
- Drive and perform analysis and undertake project management activities.
- Manage projects, facilitate workshops, present analysis findings and recommendations to our client’s leadership teams.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
- 4– 8 years of relevant professional experience within consulting and/or industry experience in the energy & utilities sector.
- A commercial orientation with the ability to create value and identify new opportunities for our clients.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Good leadership skills and the ability to lead projects and people.
- The ability to build and maintain a business network within the energy & utilities sector.
- The capability to handle high-paced projects with ownership and execution requirements.
- Relevant higher education with good results.
- A methodical, analytical, and systematic approach.
- Fluency in English and Swedish.
