Some of the exciting projects we’ve done include creating a unified healthcare record system for the Ministry of Health, redesigning the National Service portal, building digital retail solutions for Changi Airport, and developing blockchain payment solutions in partnership with leading financial institutions and the Monetary Authority of Singapore.

The pace of progression takes into account the performance of the individual and the business and may vary from the chart below.

Year 1: Build your foundation

From critical thinking and effective communication to client-centricity, agility, business acumen and more, Year 1 is about cultivating core skills.

Years 2-3: Growing your proficiency

You will deepen your industry, functional and technical expertise, expand your responsibilities and guide junior analysts.

Year 4 and beyond: Broadening your horizons

Now consultant, the goal is to leverage your experience to further deepen your skills, pursue leadership positions and build client relationships.

Our specialization pods

You will be posted to one of the Program’s Specialisation Pods. Each pod supports a broad area of expertise within Accenture’s services and capabilities. In each pod there are numerous opportunities to explore different roles and industries.

Business Analysis

Help organizations uncover strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to performance and processes across industries and functions.

Software Platforms

Implement industry-leading technologies and provide clients with the best business optimization solutions for their present and future needs.

Security

Defend Accenture clients, their businesses, and their systems from risk, enabling them to operate safely and securely online.

Delivery Lifecycle Management

Effectively manage and govern end-to-end project delivery and program control processes for businesses.

1. Application

2. Digital interview

We will ask you to briefly introduce yourself and share your experience with our recruitment team via a digital platform.

3. Experiential Assessment/ Interview

If shortlisted, you will be invited for either an interactive assessment day or interviews. The type of interactive assessment and number of rounds of interviews may vary depending on the role.

4. Offer

Interactive assessment experience

Overcoming the limitations of conventional hiring, this immersive, interactive experience is designed to help you better demonstrate your unique skills, capabilities and personality.

 

During our assessment day, participants work in teams to address a real-life business case, by developing and proposing an implementable solution. This practical exercise creates more realistic conditions for you to demonstrate your strengths, interact with clients and leaders, and learn the kinds of skills and methodologies commonly found in the role of an Analyst.

 

It’s an intense but fun and fulfilling way for all parties to better understand what working together might be like.

 

A new interactive assessment experience is lined up for this year’s intake.

Exceed expectations with Deaf4Devs

Explore our Deaf4Devs program in Singapore that provides our d/Deaf or hard-of-hearing people with software developer training, mentorship and sponsorship.

 

This 12-week initiative features virtual and in-person learning sessions, where participants build case studies and work with peers on projects. Throughout the course, they will enjoy mentoring and sponsorship opportunities from our senior leaders. Participants will also work on actual projects through job shadowing to put their learning into practice, before progressing on to work on projects full-time as part of the Talent Advancement Program.
