Business Analyst – MS Dynamics 365

We are looking for a candidate with a background in the energy industry, a deep understanding of business processes, and the ability to drive digital transformation using Microsoft solutions. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, optimizing processes, and supporting innovative solutions with stakeholders. As part of a long-term project for an energy company, you will play a key role in the international deployment of Dynamics 365 and the migration from Salesforce for 1000 users.
YOUR MISSION
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze, document, and refine business processes and requirements
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units for successful solution implementation
• Develop, and maintain documentation for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, including business requirements, use cases, and process flows
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements
• Support solution design, system testing, UAT, and training
• Assist in the configuration and customization of Dynamics 365 applications
• Identify and address project risks and dependencies
Qualifications
WHO YOU ARE
-
Experience as a Business Analyst with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)

Proficient in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)

Expertise in Dynamics 365 configuration (entities, forms, workflows)

Knowledgeable about Dataverse data model and system integrations

Capable of creating BPMN diagrams, user stories, and process flows

Skilled in running workshops, gathering requirements, and supporting testing/user training

Demonstrated skills in gap analysis and process improvement
