The Role
Tech Delivery Lead (Manager – Associate Director)
Home Country: Thailand
As the Technology Delivery Lead, you will manage large, complex technology projects, focusing on delivery quality and cost management. You should have deep knowledge, advisory skills, and experience in developing innovative solutions. Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, identifying risks, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Driving profitability and ensuring ongoing success through quality service and cost management.
- Proactively supporting sales efforts by providing innovative solutions and ensuring delivery excellence.
- Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with extensive knowledge and experience.
- Influencing and advising various teams while being accountable for team decisions.
- Providing solutions to problems that affect multiple teams and addressing business area challenges.
- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance delivery excellence.
- Leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Identifying and mitigating risks related to project scope and quality.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to drive innovation in technology solutions.
Qualifications
Critical Success Factors
- At least 10 years of project delivery, with at least 4 years in a leadership role managing large, complex projects
- Keen on Delivery Methods, Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP), Service Delivery, and Technology Architecture Implementation
- Proven ability to manage scope, risk, and project quality. Experience with various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- A track record of driving innovation in FinTech solutions and responsive service delivery.
