Job Description

THE WORK: Are you ready to be an SME, collaborate, and manage the team to perform? Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Responsible for team decisions. Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Join us in an exciting opportunity where your expertise in Program Project Management will shine bright! Develop and execute end-to-end project management activities. Define project scope with key stakeholders and effectively manage milestones and dependencies. Support the management of financial, contractual, and operational commitments. Monitor delivery performance and quality using metrics and status reporting. Mitigate risks as defined in project plan. HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Expert proficiency in Program Project Management. A minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant related skills. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Expert Estimation and Planning skills Expert Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) skills Expert Risk Management skills Expert Scope Management skills

Qualifications

Responsibilities As a Program Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for managing the overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes. Define project scope and monitor execution of deliverables. Communicate across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues, and outcomes. Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Expert proficiency in Program Project Management is required. Expert level of proficiency in Estimation and Planning is recommended. Expert level of proficiency in Risk Management, Scope Management, and Project Management Body of Knowledge PMBOK are suggested.
Develop and implement project management strategies to ensure successful project delivery
Lead and mentor project teams to achieve project goals
Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders regularly
Identify and mitigate project risks effectively
Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive project success
