Job Description
Overall Purpose of Job:
Develop General Ledger operations, ensuring maintenance, financial reporting, and coordination with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Treasury.
R2R Process:
Handle inter-company processing, settlements, fixed asset setup, project accounting, master data maintenance, cost accounting, and SG&A expense accounting.
R2R Account Reconciliation and Analysis:
Perform reconciliation procedures and monitor interface integrity.
R2R Reporting:
Execute regulatory, financial, and ad hoc reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain General Ledger under GL Manager supervision.
Process general ledger journals and liaise with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, and country Finance team.
Assist GL Manager with reporting and support for internal customers.
Prepare supporting returns/schedules for tax and statutory reporting.
Operational Excellence:
Understand and meet customer and internal performance requirements.
Ensure compliance with documented processes and implement process improvements.
Participate in process risk management and team meetings.
Maintain and update process documentation.
Qualifications
Qualification/Experience:
Qualified Accountant with minimum 2 years accounting experience or equivalent.
Others:
Skills in Thai and English
