Our leaders lead by doing. They will mentor you on projects, helping you grow your confidence to understand client needs, and propose and implement tech solutions.

  • Bring your passion for tech, experience robust tech training and get the chance to work with emerging tech like AI, extended reality and next-gen IT solutions
  • Combine your ingenuity with the latest and greatest tech to help companies across industries—such as Health and Public Services, Retail and Finance—improve their products and services and build resilience

 

You can apply if you’re a final-year uni student or have graduated in the past two years. You must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or an Australian permanent resident.

 

Our program is open to everyone from any background and discipline. It will be a plus if you have a Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) or any technology-focused degree or have completed a technical qualification (TAFE Diploma or Certificate) or Technology focused training course through a Registered Training Organisation. You also need to be:

  • A creative problem-solver who can easily keep up with the latest innovations.

  • A tech advocate with strong communication skills, since you will interact with clients to find the best technologies to boost their business.

  • A team player who loves to learn from others and continuously grow your skills and capabilities.

  • Knowing how to code in multiple languages is a plus. 

Shaping the future of businesses and communities

Across every industry and enterprise function, our Strategy and Consulting (S&C) professionals work with clients to spark new levels of innovation and launch compressed transformations with tech, data and AI. Drawing from years of leading business-driven and tech-enabled transformation, they’re defying the impossible, at speed and scale. 

 

As an S&C analyst, you’ll be part of the action from day one. You’ll kickstart your journey with structured training to build foundational consulting skills and develop a specialisation.   

 

To ease your nerves, you’ll team up with a recent grad and be paired with a career coach dedicated to helping you reach your goals. When it comes to training, you can choose your own path. Engage in live, virtual and face-to-face sessions or learn at your own pace through online courses covering hundreds of topics. Plus, you’ll have continuous mentoring to become a trusted business advisor.

If you’re interested in our Applied Intelligence stream, it will be a plus if you have:

  • Quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.

  • Experience and proficiency in statistics or data analytics, along with familiarity with data visualisation tools such as PowerBI, Tableau or Alteryx, and programming languages including R, Python, Julia and SQL.

  • Help build systems, tools and processes that help our clients increase productivity, operate sustainably and accelerate growth

  • Reimagine, design and engineer products and services that are sustainable and inclusive by design, more intelligent and connected, and loved by customers

We’re looking for talented people with an open and collaborative mindset. As an Industry X analyst, you should: 

  • Possess well-rounded capabilities with a proactive, driven and self-empowering approach.  

  • Be a dedicated team player. 

  • Have strong communication, project management and problem-solving skills, and be good at learning new things quickly.

We welcome candidates from engineering, computer science and related backgrounds with an interest in automation and industrial technology—AI, robotics and digital twins. Industry experience in manufacturing, resources, infrastructure, process control or similar is preferred.
