What you need to know

We thrive on diversity. This is why we welcome people of all backgrounds. But there are a few must-haves. You can apply for our Analyst Experience program if you are a final-year student or graduated (any degree) in the last two years. If you have a technical qualification (TAFE diploma or certificate) or completed a technology-focused course from a registered training organisation, you can apply too. You must have Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency. 

 

We’re looking for team players with a passion for change, technology and lifelong learning. Looking for a role in technology? Some programming experience under your belt would be a plus.

Step 1: Application

We look at your academic and leadership achievements, teamwork skills and interest in our work. We want to know why you want to join us and what you like to do. We’ll ask you to share your CV.

Step 2: Application review and HR touchpoint

Once we receive your application, we’ll review it for eligibility for our graduate roles. If something about you catches our eye, the Early Careers team will reach out to you for a chat and let you know the next steps.

Step 3: Assessment

The shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interactive virtual assessment, which includes a team activity and case study. This step is applicable for tech roles only. Get ready to flex your technical skills.

Step 4: Final virtual interviews

Next up, you'll have a chat with one of our Accenture leaders. It's all about making sure we're a great match for each other.

Step 5: Get an offer

If all goes well, we will make you an offer and work with you to agree a start date. Congratulations and welcome to the Accenture family.
