Your time off

Paid time off (PTO)

You are entitled to an annual paid leave vacation based on your working regime as per your contract. The vacation cycle is by calendar year, from January 1 to December 31.

Parental leave

Employees are entitled to 410 days of leave. During the first 16 weeks of maternity leave, Accenture will supplement the state compensation to ensure you receive 100% of your base salary. For the whole 8 weeks of parental leave, Accenture will pay the difference between the state compensation to make up 100% of your base salary. Accenture offers 8 weeks of parental leave to the non-birth parent, regardless of gender. Throughout these 8 weeks, Accenture will cover the difference between the state compensation and your base salary to ensure you receive 100% of your base pay.

We provide fertility and adoption navigation support

Adoption Leave

You are entitled to 365 calendar days of adoption leave. During the first 8 weeks of this period, Accenture will supplement the state compensation so that you receive 100% of your base salary.

We are here for the unfortunate moments too. Whether an extended bereavement or miscarriage/stillbirth leave, we are here to support you with a 100% of your base salary.
