LEADERSHIP
Marco Ziegler is the Client Account Lead for the Americas and a member of Accenture’s Global Management Committee. In this role, Marco is responsible for representing the Client Account Lead community at the Americas leadership team. His focus is on helping Client Account Leads become Agentic and AI-led leaders. He also manages the CAL talent strategy, succession planning, the learning agenda, and enabling our CALs to bring Accenture Reinvention Services to our clients with an emphasis on growing the pipeline. Marco serves as a conduit between Client Account Leads and Accenture Leadership to inform Accenture’s strategy.
With more than 20 years of consulting experience, including strategy, technology and outsourcing for clients in North America, Europe and Asia, Marco has led some of Accenture’s most important relationships with Fortune 100 companies across the Consumer Products, Retail and Health industries. Most recently, Marco served as the Chief of Staff to the CEO and Chair of Accenture to help drive the company’s vision and strategy. He represented the CEO internally and externally and oversaw all functions of the CEO office.
Marco is also a key leader in helping Accenture become the most diverse companies on the planet through his role as Global Pride Network Sponsor for Accenture.
