Tracey Countryman is the global lead for Accenture Industry X and a member of Accenture’s Global Management Committee.
Tracey is focused on driving end-to-end transformation across manufacturing and supply chain. With a career spanning 30 years, of which 27 has been with Accenture, she helped build the original supply chain and manufacturing business of Accenture dating back to 2009 for North America.
Tracey’s career has transversed between leading deep functional teams, client account management, and industry leadership. She brings cross-discipline capabilities and deep domain expertise to help clients envision, plan, and deploy manufacturing, product engineering, and capital project transformation at scale—unlocking value through technology and human ingenuity.
Tracey has worked across a range of heavy asset intensive industries including Oil & Gas, Mining, Metals, Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Goods, Industrials, and Utilities, guiding organizations through all stages of their production, manufacturing and supply chain journey. She was previously the Industry X Global Manufacturing and Capital Projects Lead, industry X North American lead, Global Refining Industry lead, and North American Metals and Mining lead.
Her goal in every role is to deliver value-led outcomes underpinned by advanced engineering solutions, that enable high performing and sustainable operations with superior worker experiences.
