Job Description
Sales Development Rep New Associate:
Job Description: Focused on improving customer and contact data hygiene and accuracy, researching customers across multiple platforms and systems to ensure customer information is correct. Understands Microsoft segmentation and account management to ensure accurate segmentation is applied.
Enrich global accounts databases with relevant contact and business information according to the geographic region assigned based on the language supported. Provide quality account information to the delivery organization (CLM's SAS's) in order to guarantee high quality customer engagement.
Main Responsibilities:
-Collect from online relevant and valid contact information based on the list of accounts received.
-Target audience - accounts list which is chosen for campaign execution by PM or SM Microsoft sales stakeholder and operation team.
-Data and process quality - ensures that the collection and recording of the contact data into the CRM respects the profile guidelines.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
-High school diploma required or equivalent recent university graduates.
-Intermediate English.
Preferred Skills:
-Fluency with basic productivity tools. Outlook. 0365. MS Teams, SharePoint, Excel and experience using CRM systems strongly preferred.
-Prior experience in Data Entry, Customer Service, Data acquisition, Sales, and/or Marketing.
