Within Operations, we are growing our Digital Inside Sales (DIS) team. Our groundbreaking approach to sales brings clients the right combination of trusted technical sellers and innovative technology, powered by data and insights.

Instructor’s Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead new hire onboarding and ongoing learning activities

  • Provide continuous learning and upskilling for experienced employees

  • Drive process improvements by collaborating with business leaders

  • Create and schedule in person classes

  • Create eLearning courses, assessments, and certifications

  • Meet with clients and stakeholders

  • Perform needs analysis and make training recommendations

  • Report on training activities to clients and stakeholders

  • Counsel and provide guidance to managers on employee professional development

  • Utilize the Learning Management System to administer courses, surveys, register class participants, analyze training, and create training reports as needed

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience working in training or position of primary training is required

  • Fluency in Spanish and English – C1 Level

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Tools

  • Background in sales or sales training

  • Foundation in adult learning methodology

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience working in cloud technology, IT training, or a related field

  • Microsoft-related training

  • Learning Management System experience creating courses, sessions, class attendance, and managing reports
