Join the Accenture Female Network! 

The Accenture Female Network is looking for ambitious, tech-savvy, and creative individuals to join our network and mentorship program, driven by female professionals from technology, consulting, and creative industries. 

 

Our purpose is to: 

  • Foster a strong professional network 

  • Provide personal mentorship to students 

  • Engage in meaningful discussions on gender and workplace dynamics with our female consultants 

  • Offer insights into our organization, showcasing work in future tech, human and business insights, marketing, and communication 

  • Demystify the consultant life 

 

Program Details: 

Join our professional community connecting female students with top female consultants. You get your own mentor for career coaching and personal development. 

We will select 20 top master’s or PhD students from Danish universities interested in technology, communication, design, account management, and digitalization. 

The program will take place from October to November 2025 and includes two themed events with workshops, debates, inspiring talks, and personal stories. Additionally, you'll have two to three one-to-one meetings with your mentor for professional development and career guidance.
