With Accenture’s help, they launched We LEARN – a comprehensive program designed to reinvent their learning strategy and reskill their global workforce of over 82,000 people.

An on-demand learning platform offers over 200 courses in 25 languages—from classroom and virtual learning to gamified modules and animation

We LEARN helps employees shift to future-ready careers through “mini-masters” programs and training in areas like data science and cybersecurity

Digitally enabled learning

A new platform and mobile app give employees access to Generali’s full learning catalog, as well as the ability to register for courses and track their learning history
