How you can use AI in your hiring journey

AI can help you prepare and present your best self. The right (and permitted) way to use AI:

AI can help with grammar, tone, and structure. Make sure your final version reflects your real story and unique experience.

Practicing for interviews

Use AI to rehearse common questions, get feedback, and boost your confidence. But when it’s time to interview, we want to hear from you—not a script.

AI use that isn’t permitted:

  • Using AI to generate false or misleading experiences, skills or qualifications on your resume or cover letter
  • Using AI to complete assessments (coding challenges, language tasks, etc.) unless explicitly stated otherwise
  • Using AI products during interviews to generate answers to questions for you.
  • Using voice cloning or deepfake tools

These uses violate our Responsible AI principles and can result in disqualification. We use proctoring tools and AI-detection methods to ensure a level playing field.

AI can highlight how resumes match job postings. You can choose whether you consent to AI being used as part of your evaluation.

Assessments

Some roles may involve assessments that use AI to help us better understand your skills and potential.

Interviews

AI helps automate interview scheduling, giving our recruiters more time to focus on meaningful conversations with you.
