What You’ll Do
As a Consulting Analyst, you’ll be part of project teams working on real client challenges from the start. You won’t just observe — you’ll contribute.
You might:
Help map how an organisation works today and identify where things could work better
Analyse data or insights to support decisions that affect customers, communities or teams
Support strategy, transformation or improvement initiatives — from early ideas to delivery
Work directly with clients in workshops, interviews or project discussions
Collaborate with people from different backgrounds, disciplines and ways of thinking
You’ll learn by doing, with support around you — not by being thrown in the deep end.
How You’ll Be Supported
You won’t be expected to have it all figured out! You’ll be supported through:
