Base pay

Your base pay is determined by your job, unique skills, impact and career progression and is tailored to the market where you work and live.
Bonuses

Our bonus programs recognize you for your achievements and contributions to our business. Depending on your role and location, you may be eligible for one or more bonus.
Employee share purchase plan (ESPP)

The ESPP enables you to buy shares at a 15% discount. You can contribute up to 10% of your pay towards the purchase of Accenture shares (up to a maximum contribution of US $7,500). Eligible employees (up to and including level 5) can enroll in the ESPP.
Life insurance

You’ll automatically receive a basic level of coverage with AD&D, and you can purchase additional coverage for yourself and your family.
Voluntary equity investment program (VEIP)

The VEIP enables eligible Leaders to purchase Accenture shares monthly and receive a 50% Restricted Share Unit (RSU) matching grant at the end of the program year.

Parental leave

Parental leave is granted to parents in connection with the birth of their child, irrespective of the use of maternity leave. Its duration depends on the number of children born in one delivery. It is granted for 41 weeks if one child is born or 43 weeks if two or more children are born at one birth until the child/children turns 6. Additionally, each employee-parent of a child has an exclusive right to 9 weeks of parental out of the above-mentioned leave entitlement (41 or 43 weeks).
