Application process

Ready to apply? Here’s a summary on what you can generally expect during your application.

1. Application

Submit your application online together with your CV.

2. Digital interview

You will have the opportunity to provide a brief introduction of yourself and share your experiences on a digital platform.

3. Experiential assessment

If shortlisted, you will be invited for an interactive assessment session, where you’ll get to experience working on a real-life business case, by developing and proposing implementable solutions within a specific timeframe.

4. Offer

An immersive assessment center experience

At Accenture, we are constantly challenging conventions, and rethinking the candidate experience. We introduce the Accenture Intern Experiential Day – a brand new interactive assessment experience for our prospective summer interns. Breaking away from the conventional assessment center, we brought the whole experience to the beach - be it in-person or virtual. Complete with a series of games and activities, participants had to work together to solve different challenges under the keen eyes of our assessment team.

Yes. When you intern with us, you’ll be assigned to a real Accenture project. We’ll pick something you’re best suited for based on your application, interview and interests.

You must be an undergraduate matriculated under a recognized university and available to commit at least 8 weeks for the internship.

We’re a diverse collective of innovators and employ people from all walks of life. Whatever you studied, we believe you can make a difference and we want to hear from you. If you’re strategic, curious and 100% unique, you’re exactly who we’re looking for.

Of course! You will be working on real Accenture projects and we’ll compensate you accordingly.
