Accenture's Summer Analyst Program is a 10- to 12-week program designed for third-year students enrolled in a four-year undergraduate program at a college or university in the US or Canada. Our Apprenticeship program is designed for candidates with non-traditional academic backgrounds, often in partnership with select non-profit partners. To verify a real job offer, you should first log in directly to the Accenture Careers portal to confirm the offer is listed under your application status. Official communications will only come from an @accenture.com email address, and the process will always involve multiple rounds of formal interviews rather than just text-based or instant-message chats. Finding the right fit

There’s no single requirement here. We look at you as an individual—everything from your skills to experiences—and not every role requires a four-year degree. Each role has specific requirements listed in the job description.

Yes. Reach out to current or former Accenture employees in your network to request a referral to a position you are interested in.

Understanding the hiring process

Start with a keyword search for on the Accenture Careers job search page. If you can’t find the job, ask your contact for the associated job number. Then, search using the job number to apply.

After you click on the Apply Now button, choose ‘Forgot your username’ or ‘Forgot your password’ to update or change your login information.
