As a senior manager in the Capability Network, I’ve had the opportunity to focus on services and offerings that emphasize finance functional depth and technology enablement. As a result, we work to empower clients in the functional spaces of planning, budgeting and forecasting, close and consolidations and management reporting and analytics.

I’ve been exposed to different clients across multiple industries, and there are two elements I like to emphasize on an engagement: communication and teamwork. Through communication, we establish a vehicle to share information and listen to our clients and project team, forming a relationship on the ways of working. Through teamwork, we foster creative thinking and develop a platform for team members to share ideas and collaborate on solutions.
