• Several email-related enhancements: For efficient communication and collaboration within HR, Accenture Document Composer now offers a convenient shared email address feature that allows groups of people to easily monitor and send email using a shared email address. In addition, portfolio template documents can now be sent as individual PDF attachments via DocuSign and for Adobe Sign eSignature. This is also possible when sending attachments via email using the "Send a copy as a PDF attachment" and "Merge portfolio items" options.
• Enhanced reporting tool: An accessible overview of the tracking of uploaded documents is now available. Accenture Document Composer usage can now be evaluated, providing a comprehensive set of KPIs specifically designed to measure document generation and provide an overview of performance over time. In addition, you can view KPIs reporting on stored documents by document type and stored documents can be filtered by country, business unit, legal entity, division or department.
• Extension and optimization of Header/Footer template creation: Previously, you could define the header on the first and subsequent pages of a header/footer template, while the footer remained the same on all pages. Now, you can also define the footer on the first and subsequent pages, making your entire document generation process much more intuitive.
• Selecting portfolio items to send in preview: Previously, all portfolio items in a portfolio template were sent. Now users can select specific portfolio item(s) in the preview, allowing users to reduce the number of portfolio templates that are sent.
• Combining lists and sections for more flexibility: It is now possible for users to create templates using a combination of sections and bulleted lists to provide additional flexibility.
• Improved table design and formatting: A split-by-cell option has been added to adjust the spacing of content within the cell or row. In addition, table formatting has been updated to allow users to create more unique designs for their tables.
• New application languages: Many of our customers operate globally and need multiple application languages to provide the best possible user experience for their employees. Besides already established languages such as English, German, French, Spanish, Danish, Dutch, simplified Chinese and Japanese, Thai we’ve now introduced Brazilian Portuguese, Czech, Italian, and Polish as additional application languages.
• Streamline document management by signing from a shared user account: To simplify the process of sending, monitoring, and tracking documents for signature, all team members can now access AdobeSign or Docusign from a shared user account. In addition, the recipient receives information from the HR team rather than seeing individual email addresses in the FROM field.
• Full-Text Search: Up to now, users could search for a document by its name in the ADC Employee Folder. With this release, ADC also supports Full-Text Search for documents by document content. This allows users to manage documents more quickly and efficiently.
• Training Platform for Accenture Document Composer: To help users enhance their Accenture Document Composer skills, we are introducing an integration with the ASW HCM Training platform. The training platform provides additional learning opportunities. For example, it offers learning journeys for Template Manager, Document Creator and Administrator that include learning boards and assessments and can be used as a starter kit for new employee onboarding or as a refresher course for users.
• ADC no longer supports Basic Authentication: Accenture Document Composer is committed to complying with the latest security guidelines to ensure that we provide the appropriate level of security and privacy that users demand. Therefore, Accenture Document Composer will no longer support Basic Authentication for the DocuSign, ServiceNow, Intelligent Service Center integrations as of November 23, 2023. These as well as HMAC will no longer be supported by Accenture Document Composer after February 1, 2024. We strongly recommend that customers prepare to transition their existing configuration in DocuSign, ServiceNow, and Intelligent Service Center.

• Full Download Report Enhancements: Administrators can now add up to 10 fields to Full Download reports via configuration settings. In addition, users can select to download either All Exceptions or only Unresolved Exceptions on the Reports page to reduce the size of the file and the time it takes to create the file
• New rule component: Mathematical Comparison: The new rule component is capable of performing mathematical calculations and comparisons based on numeric SAP SuccessFactors fields. It is configured as part of the Single Record Generic Evaluation rule type, this rule component can be used with other rule components.

  A mathematical comparison can consist of:

  • Constants
  • Variables as numeric SAP SuccessFactors fields
  • Mathematical operators (+, -, *, /)
  • Exactly one comparison operator (=, !=, <, >)
• New rule component: ConcatenatedStringComparison: ConcatenatedStringComparison is a new rule component that can be used to compare concatenated string values. A concatenated string value is a combination of one or more string values. Up to 10 concatenations are supported. This rule component is configured as part of the SingleRecordGenericEvaluation rule type and can be used in combination with other rule components.
• Easier setup of Accenture HR Data Loader integration: To reduce the complexity of enabling integration between Accenture HR Audit and Compliance as-a-service Classic and Accenture HR Data Loader, administrators can now activate a single toggle switch in the system settings to enable the functionality.
• Enhanced field value checking and comparison: The FieldValueCheck and FieldValueComparison rule components have been enhanced to allow users to specify the type of value with which to compare values against. The comparisonType attribute has been added for this purpose. The type can now be set to number, string, and substring for comparison. For example, you can check if the date of birth is part of the national ID: Date of birth: 02-07-1981, National ID: 440233198102070023
• Discovery integration for easy navigation between modules: Business users responsible for resolving data quality issues can now more efficiently navigate between the results of the Classic and Discovery modules. System administrators simply need to enable Discovery integration in the Classic instance, granting access to the application through the user menu.
• First component-based rule type: The new powerful SingleRecordGenericEvaluation rule type can compare any data field of any data type (numeric, date, or string) to any other data field or value. To achieve this flexibility, the rule type uses smaller rules called "components" that can be used in any combination.
• Mass Corrections now generally available: The mass correction feature in Accenture HR Audit and Compliance as-a-service Classic, which uses Accenture HR Data Loader, is now available for use in productive environments. You can use this functionality to send exceptions detected by Accenture HR Audit and Compliance as-a-service Classic to Accenture HR Data Loader for convenient and smooth processing of your data. 
• Optimized user experience with Role-Based-Permission (RBP) enabled: Two new features have been added that allow Accenture HR Audit and Compliance as-a-service Classic to cache RBP evaluation results. These new features are designed to significantly improve Workbench load times when RBPs are enabled.
• Support for multiple fields in the "SameRecordValueComparison" rule type: The SameRecordValueComparison rule type has been enhanced to address scenarios where multiple fields are required for comparison. This allows users to use the new SOURCEFIELDS rule attribute of SameRecordValueComparison to compare the values of up to three fields. For example, users can check whether the same one-time payment has been maintained twice for the same date, taking into account the payment component, effective date, and amount.
• New application roles: To provide more flexibility in granting access to the Analytics and Workbench feature separately and to better support segregation of duties, new application roles have been added.

Discovery

• Update fields in SAP SuccessFactors: Users can now update fields in SAP SuccessFactors directly from the Findings Inbox or Planned Updates page, reducing the time and effort required for this process.
• Heatmap Chart Enhancements: The Expectations Inbox Heatmap Chart has been enhanced to help users interpret generated expectations with a more comprehensive view of field-value relationships.
• Default dataset for faster and easier initial setup: Discovery uses a dataset, which is a configuration that allows you to specify the entities you want to use to analyze SAP SuccessFactors data. You can specify one or more entities at a time.
• Dark Theme Mode for more sustainability: The Dark Theme feature has been added to allow users to customize the application based on their personal preferences. The benefit of a dark theme is that it uses less power, making it a more sustainable display option.
• Expectations from other sources: Users can now leverage expectations from another source (CSV file). This gives the flexibility to compare expectations from different SF sources.
• Classic integration for easy navigation between modules: Business users responsible for resolving data quality issues can now more efficiently navigate between the results of the Classic and Discovery modules. System administrators simply need to enable Classic integration in the Discovety instance, granting access to the application through the user menu.

• Process Monitor Enhancements: Users can now easily track the correct logs for a process in the Logging Service, such as incomplete or failed records, through the added Process ID columns in the Process Monitor. In addition, the re-run and parallel process indicator is now also displayed under the Process ID.

• Support for date fields in "Advanced" user selection: The Advanced option in Accenture Clone and Test for Cloud allows you to select users based on defined filter criteria. This option is now more flexible with support for date fields, allowing for a more streamlined process, such as filtering newly hired users based on the start date of their job information.

• Anonymization of National IDs: Anonymization of additional and updated National ID types as of the SAP SuccessFactors 2H2022 are now supported.

• Selective Update Enhancements: To provide more flexibility in updating existing records in the target system, the Selective Update action to select entities individually without any auto-selection was further enhanced, including support for parallel processing and an option to select specific records filtered by date.
