Vehicle Features
There is an execution period for task orders to support an additional five years, bringing the contract end date to September 2029. All federal agencies worldwide (CONUS and OCONUS) can use OASIS with delegation of authority from GSA. These contracts may include IT components coupled with professional service requirements, but IT cannot comprise the majority of the scope of work. OASIS supports ancillary components (ODCs), such as equipment and supplies, and allows for all contract types at the task order level (i.e. cost-reimbursement (all types), fixed-price (all types), time-and-materials, labor-hour, and hybrid types). There is no maximum or contract ceiling for task orders, and OASIS allows subcontracting.
