Ron Ash is the CEO and Chair of the Board of Managers for Accenture Federal Services, a leading company serving US federal government clients and a subsidiary of Accenture LLP. Accenture Federal Services solves mission challenges for its clients in defense, national security, public safety, civilian, and federal health in the US and around the world.
He leads all strategic and investment efforts designed to put the company, its clients, and people at the forefront of change, harnessing next-generation technologies and proven commercial innovation to deliver lasting impact. He is dedicated to investing and innovating to find new ways to bring more value to clients and their missions, create more opportunities for people, and fuel the company’s growth.
Ron began his career at Accenture in 1996, focused on supply chain transformation in global industries. In 2002, he joined Accenture Federal Services, where he held a wide range of roles, serving as the company’s Chief Operating Officer, Public Safety Portfolio Lead, Strategy & Consulting Growth Platform Lead, and Diamond Client Account Lead for several clients. Throughout his career, he has created communities for people at all levels to innovate, learn new skills, and gain new experiences. He has been integral in shaping the company’s inclusion and diversity priorities and is an executive sponsor of the Hispanic American Employee Resource Group.
Ash earned a degree in Business Administration Management Information Systems and Finance from Ohio University, and a certification in Six Sigma techniques. Outside of work, Ron and his wife enjoy watching their three boys play sports and travelling to new places around the world.
