Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading a team of 100+ full cycle, SMB Ads Sales team in LATAM. The team consists of the following functions: SDRs, Account Managers, Partner Managers in both Direct and Agency business
- Responsible for region-level revenue and OKR achievement through a strong sales governance and scaled approach to enhancing seller productivity
- Direct line supervisor to 4 Functional Leads, responsible for their hiring, onboarding, coaching and developing them into strong sales and people leaders
- Execute region-level performance management
- Drive adoption of sales motions, in collaboration with the Cross-Functional leads
- Read-out regional performance, qualitative and quantitative insights to internal and client stakeholders
- Provide directional guidance to Cross Functional teams such as Quality, Learning and Development and Program Management functions on initiatives or priorities that will drive sales productivity
Qualifications
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 10+ years professional experience in digital media sales, online advertising, or sales leadership
- +5 years’ experience in leading Full Cycle Digital Sales teams in a multinational environment driving operational excellence and achieving sales targets a distinct advantage (a manager of managers).
- Data driven decision making, very strong analytical and proven reporting skills
- Preferably experienced in CRM tools such as Salesforce, Office/G-Suite collaboration and presentation tools
- Deadline and detail oriented
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in leading Digital Marketing Full Cycle sales teams in a multinational environment a distinct advantage
- Strong leadership skills
- Fluent English
