Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a high volume of digital ad campaigns maintaining relationships with advertisers and agencies ensuring they are meeting their objectives.
- Retain and grow revenue within your accounts by maintaining high engagement with agencies
- Gain an understanding of our partners’ business goals and turn data into compelling stories and actionable insights to help them succeed
- Deep product and ads solution knowledged in order to provide the best recommendation for agencies
- Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends internally and to partners
- Upsell/cross-sell/activate existing and new accounts
- Build and manage client relationships through proactive outreach methods (outbound dials | email) and securing ongoing cadence meetings.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1.5 years in Full Sales Cycle experience, targeting businesses with at least 6 months sales experience with interaction/knowledge of Agency relations, digital marketing, media, advertising. Most recently functioning as an Account Manager Seller, responsible for managing a book of business, nurturing client relationships, consultative upselling.
- Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 1 year of digital marketing experience managing campaigns in any online ad platforms
- Knowledge of the latest trends associated with online marketing and advertising
- Utilization of interpersonal skills to communicate and foster positive business relationships
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Experience working with CRM systems and ability to surface sales/process/technical insights from customer conversations
- Experience using Excel, Salesforce, Google Workspace (including Gmail) and Digital Marketing
