We built connections to put people back to work

We launched People + Work Connect two years ago to help put the world to work. Last year, we evolved the free, online platform to help companies with a demand for talent connect with community organizations that represent "hidden workers" – people who are eager to work and possess—or could develop—the skills employers seek, if only those employers could find them.

By building relationships with these community organizations, we helped employers find talent in new ways that benefited everyone.

Through People + Work Connect, we facilitated connections with 280+ companies from 94 countries, uploading over 390,000 roles—creating a community built on trust and knowledge-sharing.

People + Work Connect was originally founded by chief human resources officers from leading organizations seeking to provide a new way to put the world to work:

People + Work Connect was powered by an analytics-driven platform developed by Accenture, which pooled non-confidential and aggregated workforce information by categories such as location and experience. The platform was global and open to all industries but was not available to individuals or staffing agencies.
