◆仕事内容
銀行、証券、保険の金融各分野において、グローバル対応・デジタルトランスフォーメーションを主体的に推進するITコンサルタント・BAおよびPMを募集いたします。
具体的には、金融業界のITコンサルティングの専門家として、主に下記を担当していただきます。
・システム将来像の策定
・グローバルプロジェクトプランニング、グローバルプロジェクト推進
・DXプランニング、DX推進
・ビジネス要件の定義・最適化
・ソリューション検討、システム開発計画の立案
・システムアーキテクチャの選定・設計
・システム要件の定義・最適化
・システム開発におけるプロジェクト管理、推進
・システムアウトソーシングの計画策定
◆プロジェクト事例
・クラウド・ブロックチェーン技術を用いたモバイルバンキングシステム構築
・API基盤を用いたCloud上での銀行勘定系構築
・ChatbotをUIに適用した対面銀行窓口システムの構築
・船上で利用できるQRコード決済モバイルアプリケーションの構築
◆応募要件
・ビジネスレベルの日本語能力
下記いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方
・金融機関向けシステム開発経験
・金融機関における、IT企画やシステム導入、開発のご経験
◆望ましい経験・スキル
・英語を用いたビジネス経験
・プログラミング経験（特にJava）
◆期待するヒューマンスキル
・業務のあるべきを考えていきたい、という思いがある
